Wooden Plyo Box – Natural – Amaya Sport

The Amaya Sport Wooden Plyo Box is a plyometric box designed for functional training, cross training and power workouts, manufactured according to the official dimensions used in CrossFit competitions.

Its three-height design allows athletes to easily adjust training intensity by rotating the box, making it suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes.

Made from high-strength natural wood, it provides a solid and stable structure for plyometric jumps, step-ups, squats, dips and explosive strength exercises.

The box is delivered flat-packed, with screws and assembly tool included (glue not included).
