Training pack with 5-meter elastic baton ropes and a vest – Medium or Heavy Resistance

This complete set includes two 5-meter functional elastic ropes and one vest with an anchoring system, designed for both indoor and outdoor training. It is available in two resistance levels: medium (Ref. 609931) and heavy (Ref. 609932).

Made of braided synthetic material, the ropes offer great resistance to abrasion and moisture, making them perfect for intensive use and in demanding conditions. They include a protective tape on the ends, which improves grip and prevents fraying.

These ropes allow you to improve athletic performance with functional training for power, speed, strength, and endurance, and are compatible with accessories such as the Stab Fit bar, the included vest, or traction systems.
