The Spike Ball Medium is a spiky massage ball designed for self-massage, sensory stimulation and body awareness activities.
Its spiky surface allows users to work on specific areas of the body and reach more difficult-to-access areas. It is lightweight, durable and water-resistant, maintaining its shape during and after use.
The Spike Ball is one of Amaya's classic products and has been manufactured in Spain for more than 25 years. Over the years, it has been used in different contexts related to movement, sensory stimulation, postural education and body awareness.
Its design features spikes distributed across the surface, making it suitable for self-massage and targeted body work. It can also be used as a complement to activities focused on myofascial work and pressure points.
Its compact format makes it suitable for working on specific areas and harder-to-reach parts of the body, while its lightweight construction makes it easy to use in different environments, including sports centres, classrooms, offices, at home or while travelling.
