The Light Body Pump Set is a complete training kit designed for group workout programs and weightlifting-based fitness routines, suitable for gyms, sports centers and home training.

The set includes a 30 mm bar and plates made of steel coated with rubber, helping to reduce noise, impact and damage caused by drops. Some plates feature grip handles, allowing them to be used independently for functional exercises, in addition to classic barbell movements.

Thanks to its easy assembly and disassembly system with collars, the set is practical to use and easy to store, taking up minimal space when not in use.
