XT Suspension Trainer
The XT Suspension Trainer is an advanced functional suspension training system that works strength, balance, coordination, and endurance simultaneously. Its central rotating pulley offers three levels of instability:
Full instability: maximum challenge with free rotation of the pulley.
Medium instability: adjustable by simply twisting the ropes.
No instability: classic system with a simple knot for stability.
The trainer features high-strength aluminum grips and durable synthetic ropes and straps, ensuring total safety during exercise.
Suspension training allows you to:
Engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously across different movement planes.
Improve core stability and trunk strength.
Activate movement patterns and enhance neuromuscular efficiency.
Plan sessions with functional progressions tailored to any sport.
Perform exercises for strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and rehabilitation, suitable for all users.
Training in suspension also lengthens muscles that are often shortened in daily life, exercising in a standing position, improving posture and overall body functionality.
