Air platform, with secure base for functional training, that allows efficient exercises to get better flexibility, stability and balance. It ́s possible to work on both sides for Air Step Mini, depending on the area we want to increase the muscle strenght. The base is made off anti-tearing nylon and bottom rubbered, that makes sure the stability and avoid slides. It ́s recommended not rise above to120 kg. Includes elastic tubes, to complete the resistance for the exercises, and also a pump to ínflate.
